Mission:

Mole Street is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Data Analyst who will transform complex datasets into actionable insights for clients and internal teams. In this role, you will design and implement data workflows that ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability across projects. By combining strong technical expertise in SQL and Python with clear communication skills, you will support decision-making, improve data quality, and help drive digital transformation initiatives. Above all else, this person thrives in uncovering patterns, solving data challenges, and ensuring that Mole Street and its clients are equipped with reliable, insight-driven information to achieve their goals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

(Examples – not exhaustive)

  • Analyze large, often unstructured datasets from multiple systems to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and patterns.
  • Design and implement data cleaning and transformation workflows to prepare datasets for migration.
  • Map source attributes to target system fields, ensuring consistency and data integrity.
  • Develop SQL queries and Python scripts to automate repetitive processes and perform bulk data transformations.
  • Collaborate with consultants and project managers to ensure data deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Perform quality assurance checks post-migration to confirm data accuracy.
  • Document processes, mappings, and transformation rules for internal and client use.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2–3+ years of professional experience in a data analyst or related role.
  • Strong Foundation in SQL skills for querying, joining, and transforming data across large datasets.
  • Python programming experience, particularly with libraries for data manipulation (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
  • Proven track record in data cleaning, attribute mapping, and large-scale data migration projects.
  • Understanding of data structures, relationships, and normalization concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with APIs and data extraction processes.
  • Experience working with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Knowledge of ETL tools or automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.).

Admin

  • Bi - weekly account meeting attendance - 10:30am-11:00am Monday
  • Weekly Technology Department meeting attendance
  • Availability on email, Slack, Zoom, and phone during working hours for connects with team
